How much does it cost?+
Registration is free. Plans start from Rs 500 per month; Pro is Rs 1,000 per month with every feature including automatic invoice emails and reminders, or Rs 10,000 per year, or Rs 35,000 one-time for lifetime use. See the pricing page for details.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. It runs in the browser on your phone or computer. On a phone you can also install it from the browser so it opens like an app.
Can I use it in Urdu?+
Yes. The app has an English and an Urdu interface — switch with the EN / اردو button at the top.
Can I track partial fee payments and previous dues?+
Yes. When a member pays part of the fee, the rest stays as dues for that month. Unpaid amounts from earlier months show as previous dues and can be collected separately.
Can I export or print my records?+
Yes. Fees, expenses, rooms, staff salaries and other lists can be printed or saved as PDF, and many lists can be exported to Excel.
I keep records on paper or in Excel. How do I move?+
Add your rooms first, then your members with their monthly fee and joining date. Fee records are created automatically each month. If you need help getting started, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I manage more than one hostel?+
Yes. You can add more properties to the same account and switch between them.
